Hey Patrons!

Here's a little sneak peek at another new NSFW scene coming in the v1.0 release of House Chores!

The Linda Cleaning CG is really sort of the start of the whole game. In fact, it's what originally inspired creating this game in the first place. So ending back where things began felt like an appropriate way to conclude this update's new content!

The fun part is that this scene also has support for each of Linda's outfits so you'll be able to view it in whichever style you prefer her to wear!

IIRC the original artist quit or was fired early on and the new artist had a more anime-esque style. that's why the mom looks a bit different in some scenes.
I'm not totally sure if I remember right, but I think but the second artist was also replaced with an artist that had a style that was a mix of the original and the second artist, which brought the art more in line with the original style. And that's the artist the game has had since I think before any of the sister' content.

Hey everyone!

Time to share a more accurate release date for House Chores v1.0!

I am currently aiming for the release to be next Saturday, March 15th! (Mar 16th for some time zones)

All of the art is wrapping up completion, but I do still have a lot to do on the development side of things. While I feel confident with this release date, should I need some additional time, I will make an announcement next week. But right now, everything's looking good for the 15th!

As a reminder, this v1.0 update will only be available on the House Chores itch page [
You must be registered to see the links
] and will require a one-time payment of $8. On release day, $5+ House Chores Patrons will be able to receive a download link if they connect their itch account to their Patreon account and this will be available for at least 1 month. If you want the game at a discount, I recommend going through the Patreon route!

Don't forget, an Epilogue update will also be planned to release sometime later this year as well.

Do people even bother to read the progress updates on Patreon? With that little note about time zones as well as experience from previous updates, I'd expect this to be later in the day, maybe around 6-10 pm GMT (or maybe even later). That would be 18-22 hours from now on. It's no use asking for an update when it just turned the 15th in some places.

Edit: Also, this is a paid only update, with either free or at least discounted access for some Patreon supporters. So this time I wouldn't count on someone sharing it right away. Give it time.

== v1.0.0 Content ==
This new update adds a proper conclusion to the story of House Chores!

After the events of the previous update, Linda & Emily's combined story has been expanded. Talking to Emily after the group paizuri scene will
progress their events just a little farther ;)

After you have completed the new scene for Linda & Emily as well as viewed Linda & Julie's sex scene, a brand new special event will occur the next day.

Additionally, to celebrate the release of v1.0, Linda has received a new maid outfit! Once you have viewed the Julie/Linda kiss scene by the pool, a
secret feather duster will be somewhere in the house. Once you find it, Linda can now change into "Maid Mode!" during the Morning time slot. Currently,
one of her scenes has a special maid variation but further functionality and content may come at a later date.

There's quite a few new various features included with this update so be sure to read the extra sections below.

== Gallery ==
Early on, there was a lot of sketches that ultimately went unused. After you complete Linda, Julie, and Emily's stories, you'll unlock some
of these sketches in the gallery! You can access this through the pause menu or at the main character's bulletin board.


== Title Screen ==
The title screen can now be customized and new backgrounds will unlock as you progress through House Chores!

The bulletin board in the main character's bedroom will let you choose a new title screen. New screens will automatically be selected when
unlocked but you can disable this feature as well if you prefer to keep one.

Once you have completed the game, all title screens (and a small bonus surprise) will be unlocked even when playing on a new save file.


== Quality Of Life ==
You can now 'pass time' at the video games interactable in the Living Room. This should save you from having to walk down the hall and into
the MC's Bedroom
