i would honestly recommend you to install Nobara
its a gaming focused distro (Fedora based), you get everything up-to-date out of the box
im running it with a 9800X3D and a 4090, its amazing
Mint is very outdated and you need a ton of tinkering to set it up for optimal gaming perfomance

Linux arch is good also, i'm running the game on medium settings 30-60 fps on a steam deck so i am surprised you're getting worse performance
when in-game go to swap character and there is a fan made section there. Customizing clothes etc seems to be missing from this version for some reason it is only visible on main menu
Excuse me, i thought the game released like, a week ago? for a V0.X This is an awesome release And guess what, it takes time to make games. Is 2.5 years too much for this graphics? I guess not.

it was updated a a week ago.
The graphics are mostly archived by the engine. Since 2.5 they didnt ever add any real gameplay to it.
Don't know if these could help someone but I had a fuckton of problem when trying to start this game with constant fatal error and crashes.
Installing (or deleting and installing again if you already had it) OpenXR from the microsoft store fixed all the issue, don't know why, don't ask how
Also for fellows AMD owners try disabling the AMD Crash Defender service could help, cheers

Inside the path Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us you will find a setup file, run this too if nothing fixes the issue

Does anyone keeping up with the game know why there are so few accessory slots and tattoo options? Seems like the dev put a lot of effort into customization options for the rest of the body, but only two accessory slots for the entire body and one selection for tattoos. The tattoos are either a full body design or a custom one that is on her naval. I know there are ways to upload custom designs from Discord, but I could never get them to work right. Seems like a major feature the game is lacking, and there doesn't seem to be much attention to it from the dev. So, I'm just wondering why that is. Seems like with as much customization as this game has, multiple accessory slots and tattoo options would be a no-brainer to have without having to mod the game. I used to be a Patreon member, but the updates are too slow for me to justify a monthly payment for a game that is essentially a character creator.
