Again, one thing I fixed after it leaked.
There's a bit of a problem with the hint my character gives you, you need to have explored the underground city enough to have found the "meeting room" with the different reports.
Only after that do you unlock the new request. (it will still say there's no new request available but will actually trigger a cutscene)

I'll try to see what I can do.

EDIT : deleted the other links, now waiting to see if the admins can give me some new functionning mirror links.

Hmmm. Seems i messed up.

Twice now, i have inadvertently gotten involved with another character after forgetting i dosed the coffee or whatever for the sister...And overwrote my save during the event having forgotten.


Now it won't let me make any more of the stuff to put in the coffee... Autosave overwrote at the end of the event as well.

Will there be another chance, or do i have to replay?

Hmm, once your spike her drink it shouldn't matter if you wait many days before going to her room at night. So it shouldn't pose a problem if you forget about it and do something else and come back later.
