I start the game and it never opens, it doesn't even never appear on task manager. Someone got any clues?

The fact this doesn't have the Necrophilia tag is a missed opportunity from the sound of some of these comments.

Nobody dies in this game, fortunately.
The girls lose their limbs, which makes them more compact, but they are kept alive. AKA, they are enhanced.
It is only by kindness and pity that this can be described as a game. The gameplay consists of you walking to a location to get a list of possible cutscenes from a girl...then walking to the next girl to get the next selection of cutscenes. The cutscene selection text is in Engrish so it may just be a translation error, but the scenes you select don't seem to have much to do with the actual cutscene either.
The cutscenes are not very good. The sex cutscene voice acting is actually just Generic Anime-Girl Sex Noises plucked directly from a stock library. But my greatest complaint is that every cinematic CAN NOT BE SKIPPED. You will watch every second of the intro movie and listen to every second of the either AI or text-to-speech narration.
Do you get to do anything involving that precious, precious lore? Nope. Are the girls from the lore somehow different than the other girls? No. Do you get the choice to have solo scenes? ...Well, there ARE some solo scenes, but it's mostly you watching other dudes banging a bunch of chicks and, occasionally, tagging in for a specific scene. You do get to be the sole focus of attention from ladies for consensual sex though, and there was some novel stuff in that set of scenes.
1/10, save yourself some time and just r34 the tags.
