I'm not sure atm, but IIRC you can't go to the bar on the 1st day, you need to sleep at the flat and then, on the next day the robot will let you go.

i hacked the vending machine but its totally not worth it in my opinion...

Has anyone actually grinded to 10k to see if the story advances after buying the comm from Judy?
I cheated the way there. The story ends at that point.
the comm is just a placeholder once you buy it the game ends.
