Are all the three options when meeting Wendy supposed to lead to a game over, get back to main menu? It feels like the third ought to work.

This is why I keep coming back to F95zone. Most of what's available is designed purely as a patreon trap. But sometimes you find a hidden gem that genuinely deserves support. It's just too bad that it'll get lost among the clutter.

So all 3 options with Wendy are reaching the main screen. Is Act 2 a separate download or something?

There's two routes. Normal, which is when you act professional during the job interview, and erotic - which is when you act flirtatious during the job interview. These routes split a second time when you pick to stay with May or spend time with Scarlett. So you've probably seen everything. All other dialogue only leads to bad ends or just a different set of dialogue. The dev calls them the normal and erotic route. But the erotic route seems more like the main route. Because it has more content. While the normal route leads to you getting drunk and missing an action-packed night scene.

So as per the creator, the whole Wendy with 3 choices seems to be the end for now. Not really a v1 in that case.
