And as I promised, table with girls' info. You can see number of stars for each girl, if girl has sex scene and side storyline ( those 'Easter Egg Side Storylines': Only available for 15 female models~ mentioned by devs). The table splitted in 3 posts, as I can only attach 32 files with girls photos per post. The table has information from version of the game we currently have, newest version on dev's site has more girls and other changes.

Girl's ID in table is same as Content\Model_ID folders inside your game's folder. Some of ID's have empty information about girl inside game's internal girl's list probably because some of girls declined to act in game last moment so maximum ID is 71 but there are only 66 girls, therefore some rows in table will be empty.
You can use ID from the table to point to a specific girl in your posts or questions.

So the Trial message is a fluke? Cause i get it too. only seen 1 sex scene, others are all just them posing.

Install Update 4 from the 1st post of the thread and also check info tables there to see which girls have sex scenes.

The RNG is crazy and i had a nice save with only a few girls missing but you cant reset the Folder. You allways have to interview a girl for a new selection. And SolarWindCatcher translated the Names too....it was like Hell with chinese letters ^^

Here is the method. Complete any interview. After returning to main game screen with desk, DON"T click on "Interview new people". Instead quit the game, and make copy of game's savegame folder ("%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Joybrick\The Hardest Interview\SaveData\") to some other place, say to C:\HI_Save\

Now start the game and click on "Interview new people", you will get 5 girls. If you don't like what you see, just press ALT-F4 to close game fast and copy your saved before savegame folder from C:\HI_Save\ to "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Joybrick\The Hardest Interview\SaveData\" overwriting it.

Start game again and click on "Interview new people". Repeat process until you get girls you need.

TLDR: when you click on "Interview new people" the game randomly choosed 5 girls and show it to you AND instantly saves those 5 girls you got into your savegame and you can't skip them or get new ones. So the only way is to backup your savegame BEFORE clicking on "Interview new people" and restore it manualy to make RNG work again without actually doing interview.

I saw the list of games on f95 by Masobu, but none are as long and well done as the hardest interview, or else I saw it wrong. idol time, not bad...but oh well. apart from Masobu, are there other creators who do the same? in the same genre?

Need some help here, I've downloaded that 99% save file but when i try to locate the folder to paste the save file, I get the message that I can't locate the file. I've checked for any possible mistake that I know of but still no success. What am i doing wrong?

Copy / Paste that into your Searchbar and navigate from there.

C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Joybrick\The Hardest Interview\SaveData
Maybe you have to play a Interview before to have the Folder.

hello guys i am having this problem that with certain girls the game while conducting the interview like freezes but it still lets me chose a question but when i do it gets stuck on loading.
any help?

Can anyone tell the name of the girl in the main story in the scene where you are trying to chose the girl and then she comes to the guy opposite you
I believe got the opption to "strech my self" or "drop the info"

Just wait, this game creates cache for each opened video file in AppData folder. So for every video you are going to watch in game FIRST time there will be such pause/lag. Also, may be you don't have enough space on your system drive, so game can't create cache and hangs. There is warning in the first post of this thread about that: Before starting the game, make sure you have at least 36+ GB of free space on your system drive (where you have your Windows installation) because game will create Unity cache of that size!

You can move the cache to other drive using symbolic link on windows.

- Move the "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\Unity" folder to other drive. Let's say "D:\Unity"
- Open Command Prompt as Administrator, and use this mklink command: mklink /d <link> <target>
- In this example it should be: mklink /d "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\Unity" "D:\Unity"

What it does is the Unity folder on C: will link to Unity folder on D:, like a directory shortcut, the cache will be stored on D: drive.

To remove the symbolic link, just delete the symbolic link Unity folder in C: and move the Unity folder in D: back to "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\Unity"
