In the last update, they were at Dreamland's theme park, but not at the festival itself.
0.3 is the Part 1 of the Chapter 3, with the next update concluding said chapter.

The initial release, it suggested a classic story, college friends but with potentially more, and we add to that two sexy hitchhikers to occupy the MC while things progress with Mei or Summer.
Actually, no, it's not that at all, and it's very good.
From 0.2, we choose our path and therefore the girl. Very good point, and in addition it does not close the door to adventures.
There are some rather (I don't know how to say it) radical/strange choices. Especially for Mei, blueballs + disappearance, and 3 experienced hotties who dream of the MC's cock, it's very unusual, and interesting.
Each girl has something different, a relationship with the MC that brings something different from the other LIs.
Really good for now, the only flaw is that in 2 years, the content seems a little light to me.

Hi everyone !
I hope you all had a nice and relaxing Christmas break !
In the meantime, I’ve completed the night drive section of the story. It ended up being a bit longer than I originally planned, but I’m really happy with how it turned out.
Now, I’m ready to start working on the next area, which brings us closer to the end of the update. This part should offer plenty of exciting moments and some intriguing previews to share along the way !
