I went with taking them into the bunker because I hadn't sided with the hive so I didn't think the mutants had the man power to offer them the protection they needed. If the Hive was an ally in my playthrough, I definitely would've done the same, especially since I kind of regret not letting them stay like they wanted.
It will be interesting how these choices might play out. I do hope there will be something other than variation of sex scenes lol.

Do yall think this upcoming Ain market scene means she gets sold to slavery or its a new kink of her?
No way she gets sold into slavery, more likely it seems like she either becomes a slaver OR her dad just enslaves her right there in the market putting her on the same level as Emilia or broken Fairy within the household, either way I'm hoping that it eventually leads to a dungeon repeatable with her.

With as much effort as they put into Fangs' character developement at the end of the Pepper/Tribe arc, I think there will be. There's the limitations of the medium to be considered too but it does look like they're angling for the overarching story to be more than just a "slice of life in the wasteland but with sex".

The aspect I'm really looking forward to is in what way will choosing one faction over another or trying to work with all of them will play out. Will it be like Fallout 4 where you can be friendly with all and then ultimately have to make a choice? Or will it allow you to bring them all together to build an empire? I will, of course, go for the option to bring them all together as I really like characters in all the factions. But simply having those choices and letting people play how they want is very interesting to me.

I'd think yes, that in the end there will be a shift in the power, as it was hinted in the Decayed story arc, and in the Queen's story arc.
we also got the Nemesis introduced, (the general who kills the mutant in the Arena) so yeah, we're in for a show ! also I'd like to know how the decision went out to let apear some firearms in the story, or was it dircarted ?

Everything coming together into a network of alliances seems to be the obvious choice it's what I'd do since I'm greedy. And while I think it would be too controversial(and maybe too much work as well) to force the player to choose between the factions, it would be interesting to have the option to pick one or two of them to see the after effects, even if it's only an epilogue slideshow.

I'm not going to say it's a new kink she has, since in previous scenes she's been shown to be into submission like in the basement punishment scene. In fact Zahra goes so far as to complain to Zaton that it's turning more into pleasure for Ain than an actual punishment. I doubt she's getting sold either since that de facto removes her from the game.

All it is is an opportunity for her to build on an existing kink. Nothing more, nothing less.

Someone asked a similar question in the devlog (the one that has Ain chained from the neck), and Zetan said the scene was of exhibitionism rather than selling her as a slave. And honestly why would Zaton suddenly decide to sold Ain as a slave? It's his daughter after all... sorry I meant tenant. Nothing to worry about, Patreon. :WeSmart:

Having the option to bring them all together would be ideal, but I have a feeling the dev will make us choose. :HideThePain:

Guys
What the best decision to make about the female guard ( i forget her name) ?
Release her from guarding the queen and make her own adventure or enslave her and fucking her ?

I do wonder what will be the outcomes from the imminent war between the factions. Maybe make them work together or choose just one to support...

But while that arrives, I know this will be me after killing Merneith/the raider girls/or the mutants in a playthrough I decided to become enemies :HideThePain: :

Hello everyone,
With the first Steam release of the game behind us and the next update in the oven for a while now, it is time for some belated news and general information regarding the game.

Information about the upcoming update
First things first, let's start with what I assume people are more interested in. Update 0.18.
We have been hard at work on the new update for the past months, laying out the content we wanted to include and how it will set up future content.

As far as the new update goes, it is going to include a multitude of smaller things:
- The MC is going to go on a stroll through the market with Ain, peruse the goods all the while taking about her and her future. And I'm fairly sure a Zetan market has little to do with simply oranges or cabbages.
- Emilia is also getting a couple of small events to continue her quest, and we're also going to pay a brief night visit to Krait.
- The Queen is making a comeback in this update as we visit her and tie up a few loose threads that have been left dangling.
- Finally, some smaller fun additions that we won't spoil... yet.
These are the things that we are focusing on, but maybe we'll manage to squeeze in something else in the meantime, we'll see how it goes.

And since people say a picture is worth a thousand words, so here's a few thousand more words about it.

As for the most important part, when, 0.18 will come in April. We are not yet certain of the date exactly as it depends on a multitude of things (e.g. beta testing and translations), but as we approach the release we'll be able to share a more definite date.

Post-release recap
This first release cycle on Steam was quite the ride for us. Lots of little things to take care that we didn't know in advance (it was and still is a learning process), but also a really big, positive and, honestly, unexpected reception from you.
A big thank you to each and everyone of you who took the time to post bugs and issues, review and discuss about the game, or otherwise interact with us and the community and get the word out. It really helped us!

Expanding the team
For some time now we have been looking into expanding the team in order to be able to deliver bigger and better content, which would allow us to explore more of the potential story lines Desert Stalker can offer.
We were in contact with a few individuals, and things are looking bright on that front.
Currently, we in talks with a very talented person that could help out with the rendering. If everything goes well, you can expect more news soon.
We are very excited about this prospect and what this means for the game and our ability to deliver what we have in mind for the future. Fingers crossed.

Also, we are thinking about posting some articles of the process of making the game every now and then.
Would people be interesting in that? What would you like to read about if so? Let us know in the comments!

Until next time,
Paz.

We can already ignore the mutants and raiders and so skip their content. It would be weird if we then make an alliance with them
