From what I can see, there are too many bugs and problems.
1- The game is very slow to enter. It didn't speed up, on the contrary, it got slower.
2- The messages progress to a certain point and then get stuck.
3- The speed up and undo icons only work a few times and then they don't.
4- Resetting the data doesn't solve the situation. It makes it worse.

For now in the current version choices don't matter, the first one is always selected regardless.

This game genuinely gets more buggy and worse every single update. Random freezing, slowing down despite very little going on to put a strain on the program, completely ignoring a lot of choices now (for example will give you three options and it just picks whatever the first one is and moves on). Clicking the speed up button almost always ends up bugging out the game. Now it's just full freezing 100% of the time at some point and have to force close the game as it doesn't crash it just stops.
The mobile version is even worse as it will just randomly hang and the only way to fix it is resetting the entire progression and restarting the app, usually several times.
If any games needs a "pause and remake" this is one. It could be decent but it's so buggy it's more frustrating than interesting.

dtf2 is in concept but for now i want to finish the story for these games/fix them up before i get that done

Interesting. Im glad you are one of the ones that isnt just gonna hop ship on a project. Respect for that. Like I said I enjoy them, CGs are good. Just some bugs here and there. Text is a bit hard to read at times maybe and the menu is a bit confusing at first.
I think I started with Spooky, IDK the order of release for the games or how they intertwine, But it just kinda felt like I was thrown into a pre existing story with characters who I should have known but didnt so it was a bit weird trying to piece things together at first.
