The virtually fastest run is ~17 Turns.
- Ally with Leazas
- Ignore the Free Cities entirely, take the AL Church
- After you do, Demand Surrender from the Free Cities
- Do not war with Zeth
- Take Helman and pick the alliance with Patton (+2 Turns if you decide to not pick anybody to get Sheila)
- Go straight towards Archfiend Castle with Hornet
- Go straight towards Kayblis Castle with Kayblis (You may need to sacrifice a turn or two to get Hornet to spawn Jill faction. Going against a Lv300 Jill and Gi is a way simpler endeavor than going against a Lv1500 Kayb, or a Kayb with 4 additional Fiends)
(Do NOT recruit Am, that forces the earliest Ending to achieve, saving you 3 turns).
You could try to squeeze some easy character clears in-between to get a boost, but with the limited 2 Actions (3 with the Bonus), it may all come down to chance with the items you get.
You should end up with ~270 points with the turn minmaxing alone, since you lose points twice as slow.
Tbf, at that point, you can just choose to play the normal way. Let's say, we pick the 7* difficulty after going from part 1. We spent ~44-46 turns doing Kenshin route, results in us getting deducted 22-23 points, let's say 23. Diff 7 gives us 280 starting points, leaving us with 257. 30 character clears gets us 60 points, beating Leazas gives us 15, defeating Ssulal gives us 15, haven't checked how much would beating archfiend Kayb give, but I think it would be around 10 or 15. With min-maxing, things should get to around 60-70 turns depending on how slow we are during the free cities and Al church part (they're the biggest pain in the butt during the whole game), though is is made with the assumption where you get Am, because I don't know whether we could merge directly from prison to army without her, as this is the main point of the whole playthrough.
Also, as of the most recent update, Alicia's point in bonus in new game+ choices went up from 10 to 50. I don't know this is because there's a vid of how you can cheese the ALICE boss fight with her on ytb but it's fine not to pick her because with a lv1000+ Archfiend12 Rance, any boss will die in one Archfiend charge, provided you don't pick Gods are not weakened and they don't have the annoying 20% gauge loss max condition. Even archfiend Kayblis.
Edit: okay, beating archfiend Kayblis does not give you any points. Dangit.
Edit 2: okay, it actually does, but doesn't show up. When finished part 2 I should've gotten about 297 points but actually got 312.
