I'm aware that this may be a difficult task, but can someone who is playing this game estimate its current playtime? I stopped playing after Ep. 2 or 3, because of the little content at that time.

Highly doubt both of that, as that would mean instant banning on Patreon.
1Thousand, I may find an error, MC need to get variable pol1p.("ep5_talk") to access to the scene of label ep6_1_mansion_nextday_before and therefore help Set. Coz. But back in episode5_2, MC can never get pol1p.("ep5_talk"), there is only a variable pol1p.("ep5_warning").
I noticed that too. The logical place to have the ep5_talk variable is exactly where ep5_warning appears.
I didn't say anything back when 5.2 came out because it only made an inconsequential difference in the dialog. But with 6.1 this bug will literally block off the path to another variable.

No replay scene, at least. Previews with Lilith were misleading/troll.
Much disappoints. Such sadness.
9-1 is choosing lilth. own sayo and side with lynch
9-2 is choosing mia with the rest the same
9-3 is choosing lilith, own sayo and siding with gabby

However, I'm using the mod to help. I was choosing the options with Nina, everything that was affection. I noticed that at the ghost party I didn't have the option to kiss her. Does anyone know if it's better for her to be annoyed?

if you are after sex then 1-3 scenes per update and plenty of story.
neither, choose either or do mix-up keeping those 2 balanced.

In this scene here, should there be two options? Like with the step-by-step mod it appears, but without the mod only the "family" option appears.

For Nina going Annoyance or Affection doesn't matter much, as long as you mostly stick with one: Most gates requires her Annoyance or Affection to be above a certain threshold, so splitting points is not a good idea.
The MC has two "personality" stats, Confidence and Care. Having Confidence higher than Care will lock you out of Kendra's path early on.
