There is nothing in the Police station just wearing the uniform and talking to the Chief, That's all?!
I checked and there are 70 animations or 50, so I don't know. I haven't tried the game yet. so I couldn't help on how to do anything. but there is content so look for it and there are all kinds from what I saw.

Police events: Read the single woman mag 251 about fending off a pervert, accept the police job, talk to the chief, wear uniform and talk again, go to the prison and interact with the cell doors, once done go back to the chief.
Go back the next day and accept the job again.
Very straight forward and easy, hope that clears it up.

Then I think it is bugged becuase after the scene with the playboys I don't know what more to do, he only says about waiting for the lotion and the police arc After the second visito with the uniform it directly triggers paying the money.
Dunno why first time he didn't tell me anything it was paying only and kept doing that.

I can't read the magazine on my current save, she keeps saying "i'm tired of reading this journal..." an it doesn't allow me to progress in the police event. I tried looping back to day 1, with obscure novel or matriarch flame, buying the magazine again, but same result. I guess you could fix this by forcing the variable 441 to a number "<10" and switch 202 to "0" when Rinko says she's not ready for this job yet. This would allow to read the magazine again and set the switch 779 police job unlock to "1" in common event 305.
Looking at it with a save editor, the cause seems to be that i've reach 10 on var 441. Both before and after looping. So you might just want to touch the variable. I'll edit it to be able to proceed with the event.
I also get error message when trying to access the syndicate, both on the world map or while entering the appartement in rinko's condo, saying .json of corresponding maps are missing. I've tried downloading both from mediafire and google drive, but the version is the same. Is this to keep the syndicate for patreons, or just missing files ?
Edit : Changing the variable down to 9 worked, also when allowed to go beyond the counter in police station, you can go out of bonds on top left corner, every tiles left to the shelves.

I'm planning to just add the switch for it on the other magazine dialogs, also please dont mess with variables often it breaks a lot of the scenario flow and I've had to help reset multiple peoples saves on discord.
Also yes the Syndicate is for the red and king users.

Is the chief paying you constantly or are you repeating the second event?
Need to know if its a bug.
i had a similar problem, i just talk to the chief once before putting the uniform on and i was able to proceed with the event.

There's only two events right now for the chief, you just accept the job in the warden outfit and talk to him to progress.
Go to the jail area and interact with all the cell doors then talk to the chief again
If you finish and you get paid go back the next day to get the second scene and higher pay.
Rinse and repeat for money.
I need to know if he just gives you a paycheck every second you talk to him in repeated dialogue interactions.

what i mean is, after the 1st event, 1st time getting paid, i came back the next day, if i go dress up in uniform immediatly, the chief would pay me right away, no 2nd part of event, i tried again, but this time by speaking to him in normal clothes, he told me to put the uniform on if i wanted to work, i did, and then when i came back to speak to him i was able to see the 2nd event.
So it seems you get in the loop of getting 1st pay check if you don t talk to him in teacher clothes in between the 2 events.

i think i spoke to him directly, not over the desk, when i encountered the bug.
