I need to be fact checked on this, but it seems like the base game and the Goblinman mod are on different versions of the translation with the former being more complete. Either route you choose, it's rare to see untranslated bits popping up.
Saves should be sharable between the unmodded base game and the Goblinman mod.
I was able to start up the same save in the unmodded and modded versions.
I really enjoy this game so far, i only have one more loop to go for the true ending route. Only things i wish were in the game are an option to remove pubes and a exhibitionist fetish to let you walk outside with any costume (like kamen or v bikini).

Get caught by them again. It's basically the same event back alley event. The are only slight changes in dialogues.

No, it doesn't matter if you have a condom or not. It should unlock when you get caught and raped by them the second time.

i just finished the True ending route and i wonder, we don t get to save? I reload my last save and noticed that the gallery was fully unlocked, but i also noticed that the exorcist outfit you got during that event isn t available, that some particular fetish as disappeared of the list and that i still miss the achievement Liberation that i just earned. Is this the normal way???

Rinko only ends up in the hospital when her Fitness drops to 0. With enough training (or "experience"), she can be active all day long without worrying about the hospital. In a playthrough, I managed to get the Fitness over 1,000 by umm, replaying & collecting scenes.
