I took both versions from here. No Steam. Just regular renpy launch.
First I had CK1 1.4.16 and could not load save into CK2. Than after they released those .17 and .18 updates, I tried with 1.4.18. Was just curious to see if they managed to fix it and it worked.
I see people commenting about wrong variables and what not, but I did not noticed those stuff in my playthrough. So far. I didn't advanced much into CK2, I'm at part where Chloe left for concert and MC & Lindsey are preparing to steal money.

If you have a good memory, you can open the phone in CK2 and see if the relationships are the same as at the end of CK1, or if you keep playing, you can see from what they say whether it all makes sense or not.

I'm stuck on version CK1 "1.4.8", which is why my games die at the start of CK2, so it might be worth upgrading :ROFLMAO:.

There is at least one thing off at the beginning of CK2 from what you do in CK1. I sent Charli's computer stuff to Mr. Lee. And he told Charli that he was going home early. But, at the beginning of CK2, you see Charli walking away in the airport with his luggage in tow and without bleach on it. If he was sent home early, he shouldn't be there when the others get to the airport.

There are some weird choices in CK2 as well. For example, Aubrey clown sex-ish scene, get option either to "shut her up" or "let her scream". If you pick first, MC says "I dont want others to hear us" and put hand over her mouth, if you pick second MC says "Scream for me" she says "ahhhhh", than MC says "I don't want others to hear us" and put hand over her mouth. wtf? why even bother to create that? :cautious:

wtf is with these guys, there is no new story content in this update..same as last few updates.. what are these arseholes actually doing with the money their subs are paying them? and no, i am not a sub and never will be. sure i like the game, but every time i DL a new version, there is no new story content.. waste of time on this DL.

No even the Mega says "Oops, something went wrong. Sorry about that.". I opened the other Mega link from the Game and it works fine. So please check.
