Courtesans need to be "B" rank to have stat tiers. You need 180 points in each category to go from tier 0 to 3.
I bought a Sauna in the Spa and it's showing red. I'm not able to go to it in the brothel or see it in the door menu. Restarted game and same thing.
I have 2 wives and all of my courtesans are B rank. I did not take the witch up on her offer and I got the troup leader. I have taken over all businesses and bought all upgrades available that I could see. How can I progress? Checklist says I should be able to get a specialization, and reception events
The auto-trainer doesn't really make it clear what it's doing or how long it takes to do it.

I like the game. But there are some aspects in the game I don't get. Can someone help me with a few questions?
1) in the distict menu every location has a reputation.
-Does this have any impact on how much money this location makes?
-Can the reputation be increased?
-Is the reputation harmed by marketing campains or legal camapings during the takeover fights?
2) Company Management
-You can increase the Biz Profits. But when I increase it the expenses increase much more than the revenue? Do you need certain prerequisites like invest in the location before or increase certain perks so that increasing Biz Profits pays off? At the moment I just lose money when I increase the values in this dialogue.

1. As far as I can tell it does impact the money you make.
If you can increased rep I have not found it yet. (I don't think so.)
No, only the value goes down so you can buy it cheaper and there is a portion you must take down before you can buy.
2. Once you get more places then it works to your advantage.
I am paying several hundred million but getting back billions per week.
For each one you take it up you pay the same no matter how many brothel you own (I think), 1 brothel can not pay for it but 10 brothel will make you money per week.
Don't remember how many you need to start being able to make money that way. Reinvest in your brothel's so they make more money for you.

The Sauna you need Ellie to make it work.
Did you check the Expertise button in your laptop? I don't remember exactly how to go about doing it.
Auto trainer did not really do to much for me so I don't use it. Its faster if I train the girls than using the auto trainer.

Thanks for the reply. I don't have an Expertise button in the laptop. In the previous playthrough the witch gave me an A license and I was able to build a porn studio for Charoline, but I took the troupe leader in this one and I don't see another way to get one.
For the sauna, attached is a screenshot. I have Ellie and I've progressed hitting on her in the bathhouse. I bought the Sauna and now it shows that I need 800k MCT + 40E in red instead of purchased. What is 40E? I have more than enough MCT.

That is the same way it looks for me to but I can still go there and interact with it.
Maybe you need to increase Ellie's rank.
I don't have Ellie as a trainable companion, she's just someone I can interact with in the bathhouse during the day through the door.

There still maybe a few scenes that is not listed there so walking around every place in your building day and night every day for a week and see if something happens.
All main events are done for now if all are green.

Not that I can see. Someone said you need her for the Sauna so I figured flirting with her enough in the bathhouse might lead to something, but doesn't seem like it.
So I'm still stuck without a way to get an A license, or the reception event according to the checklist. I don't know what else to try. All of my companions are at B Tier 3.

It does lead to something, I get HJ from her every time I go there and got to fuck her once so far.
Have you train there special 5 skill?
At some point she takes the condom off =).
All of their skills are B as well, I don't have an A license so I can't go further. On checklist it, the things I'm missing are training a specialty and the reception event. If you let the witch have the troupe leader, she gives you the porn director specialty, but I kept the troupe leader. Is there another way to get a specialty in the current build?

I got a 2nd one later but for the life of me I don't remember how.
Maybe you will need to wait for another update of 2.
You can get breeder by having I think 20 to 30 kids with your employees in the breeding room.
