you solved the problem? i also tried to start the game but nothing happen. not even a log file
Try deleting "persistent" file from \appdata\roaming\renpy\bigbrotherremake(or whatever the name of the game that is failing to load). If deleting the "persistent" file don't work, just delete the whole game (big brother remake v1.07) folder to start from a fresh state. Back up any save files you want to keep before deleting.
Google appdata to find out how to get to the folder as I can't be bothered to keep typing out the instructions.
That's the beauty of a well done hard NTR, the hatred and desperation feelings hitting the player when he's not expecting it. And the perfection is achieved when the game gives you a slim hope you can fix the situation. But no matter how much you try, it just gets worse. Dark Hero Party game imo is the best in this league.

i have a fresh installed Windows without any Saves so it cant be the appdata (there only 3 Games in the Renpy folder but no BBRemake)
i also checked the Net Framework
Then I would check to see if you have the correct drivers installed on your computer!
As installing windows on it's own will work but it is using generic drivers, so it seems like it's working so people don't usually bother to download the correct drivers.

found the reason.... the Folder Name was "........\BigBrother;Ren'Py_RemakeStory-1.07-pc" if you remove the ";" it works....
Powershell told me he cant find the folder
Did you make and rename the folder or did you unzip it with the ; in the file name?
It is very strange to see this kind of error.

i Use a Download Manager "JDownloader 2" it Changed the ":" to ";" dont know why
Last time I used JDownloader it didn't change the name of the zip file, so I doubt it is responsible for adding the ; to the folder name.
What program do you use to unzip files with? and is your windows the English version?

also JDownloader. i coppy paste the Game Name from Headline and use it as Download Name. JDownloader create a new folder
tbh, dont know why it change ":" to ";" in Renaming the Download.
You are using JDownloader way differently than I do, I just have it set to download files to a folder and then I unzip he files to a folder I rename manually. I don't rename folders using JDownloader like you do.
But this is good to know! next time I can tell people to check the file name as well when there is problems starting a game.
No there's no more update there's no next year and next next next year. And after time you already 60 years old atill no update this guy is liar

When do you start getting the NTR videos?
It seems like if I complete the [Wallet] or [Mafia] Opportunities, Eric will disappear? I dont get the NTR path because it also closes a bunch of opportunities when you select it also.
Is this game just ridiculously grindy or am I missing a way to trigger the NTR with sisters/mom?

Getting rid of Eric just gives you the old BB game. Let him stay if you want to see this game.

I figured it out. It doesnt help that some opportunities list others are requirements but in reality thats not true, you just need to talk to him to start the NTR line. Its so simple I overcomplicated it by paying too much attention to the walkthrough.
On a side note, seems like the (Younger Sister) Lisa x Eric NTR angle was completely thrown out. I coulda sworn that Eric could teach Lisa about Sex Ed which would eventually lead to him fucking her but it seems that NTR storyline isnt in this mod/version. Maybe im thinking of a different mod.
I don't speak russian so I miss about 60% of stuff being talked about in the PGN discord. But... there are some pictures in the game data with Lisa being taught(watching). Also the next update (assuming it comes out ) will have Lisa content.
Edit: there is also Lisa content in this current version but it doesn't go all the way yet.
