I'd say seldom and rarely are either equally in value or opposite to the way you ordered.Which one is correct for frequency adverbs? or What is the correct order? I'm trying to learn English. I need help. We rank from 100% to 0% . always-almost always- usually - often - frequently - generally - sometimes- occasionally - seldom - rarely - hardly ever - almost never - not ever , never . or always- often - usually - sometimes - rarely - never .

I'd say seldom and rarely are either equally in value or opposite to the way you ordered.
And I think frequently implies less frequency than generally. Because generally means it's the normal thing, whereas frequently means it's something that happens often. I imagine I generally do something when I do it always unless there's an exception. And I do something frequently when I do it most of the time or most of the days.
But above all, I also think many of those near terms are interchangeable.

Definite defines intervals that are specific - hourly, daily, weekly and so on.
Indefinite describes more nebulous intervals, like never, sometimes, and often.
