What's the deciding factor if you get to choose between going to Isabella's party or the Christmas Panty Party and the choice is made for you? Affinity? The girl you're dating is at Isabella?

I've both been able to pick and have been forced into going to Isabella's party in my playthroughs but I can't seem to figure out what decides if I can pick or not.
It's a bit tricky. If the MC is on the Other's route he automatically refuses to go to Bella's house. If he has declared himself to Maya or Josy he automatically goes to Bella's house. If he is on the Bella/Jill/Sage route he has the option of staying at the party or going to Bella's house.

I take this opportunity to ask you, and anyone who reads this, how many times has someone manipulated you?
For example, no one manipulated me. Never.
Therefore, I cannot accept this argument. I don't believe it.
I'll just say, the old "I have no personal experience or understanding of X therefore it doesn't happen/isn't true" argument is not a strong one.

Also, it is not "impossible" to manipulate grown adults because it happens all the time, you just need to know what buttons to push and some people are more susceptible than others. Quinn did prey upon some people's vulnerabilities, gullibilities, and neediness for her own gains. This is undeniable fact. There is choice, but people like Quinn with means, motive, and ability can exploit a chink in a person's armor to make them choose the choice they want them to by making it the most appealing, and that's exactly what she did.

She played the role of the snake from the Garden of Eden, getting people to eat the apple she gave them.

Quinn had a tendency to gaslight, lie, deceive, manipulate and even abuse Riona based on what we see in the first two seasons. Even going so far as to say that Riona would never finish college and make something out of herself.

That's where Camilla comes in and acts as a voice of reason: telling Riona that she does have a future, asking her "what classes she failed" to which Riona replied with "none". Camilla pulled Riona up whereas Quinn kept putting her down, all in order to keep her as a loyal second-in-command by preying on Riona's low self esteem.

I think Bella only shares Neil's favorite song so that MC can have an ace up his sleeve to impress Bella by saying he knows how to play her favorite song.

Some people are too attached to this detail, maybe they know each other, but I don't think DPC will put Neil and Bella together if MC doesn't have a romance with her. It's easier to create another character to be Neil's romantic partner.
I just think that out of tens of thousands of songs, it's just too big of a coincidence that 2 people living so close to eachother have the same favorite song.

She literally admits she manipulates Rio in Ep 11, "And at any moment I felt that she was slipping, I'd be sure to correct her...either by saying something nice to manipulate her, or with some tough love."

After she's literally admitted it, I don't see how anyone could say she's not a manipulator. It just doesn't hold water to deny it after that.

OK, yes, she did. She was doing it for her own gains.
Or do you mean she should take care of someone else 's gains?
Life is a game, a competition.
And blaming someone who takes advantage of others' weaknesses is like blaming a forward for scoring goals.

No Riona at after 15 months despite the massive build up last episode and romantic progress in the last couple episodes ?
there are a lot of girls who after a massive build up are becoming almost radio silent for 1 episode(not defending). 9 -> 10th too was like that. She at least had build up in 9 and scene in 10.
some other girls' set ups waits even longer, like heather.(since 9) and some just screwed up(Elena) and i wish didnt exist(it should have been 1x1..:cautious:)

The good news is, she won't be manipulating Riona any longer. The jig is up now and Riona is done with Quinn's bs. I'm actually scared to ask what she is going to do once she returns to college.

As I mentioned, I don't rule out Neil and Bella already knowing each other, which would be an interesting detail, but I don't think this detail means that the two will end up together at the end of the game. But what the fuck do I know...

I don't think that either. It's pure speculation and I believe I said it before, but I got the feeling that Bella knowing Neil was also the reason why Bella thought/said early on that she shouldn't fall in love with MC in particular, instead of just any guy.

Is their a way to NOT reject Zoey?
You need to accumulate enough points with Zoey so that the MC doesn't automatically refuse her.

• Don't be mad at Zoey = 3 points;
• Hug Zoey = 1 point;
Zoey is better friends than Derek = 1 point;
• Offer Zoey to sleep in your room EP.9 = 1 point;
• Take a picture with Zoey = 1 point;
• Choose Zoey for the TOP 3 = 1 point;
• Don't let Jacob hit on Zoey = 3 points;
• Hangout with Zoey = 1 point;

You need 8 points or more to not automatically reject Zoey.
