So far it's the variable you get is only used on the Sage route, but my guess is as well that it might work against you in the future:

Kind of a dickmove by DPC: Getting -1 RP with sage just because you have DIK affinity, even though DIK was preferable to her nearly all throughout season 1 and 2.

On a dedicated Sage route you are already trolling him so hard entire game (and neither MC should be bothered too much by him, if he isn't into Jill), but on a dedicated Jill route it makes sensible to go hard on him. Like you get + Jill RP if you troll him in yoga class. Not to mention +Dik points, yes + Jill RP and + Dik points

Neutral Affinity is the way to go.

Yeah, but for that he needs someone in power at the preps who hate the other frats (since he can't destroy the preps from within, Tybalt is the only true bad guy among them). Tybalt needs to be president and considering his downfall in S3, he needs to blackmail someone to get back into power again.
The other preps will probably have no problems working together with the DIKs, even if you didn't invite them before. I'm sure Jill will be able to bring them over as long as Tybalt isn't in power.

Also if it was blackmail against him, I don't think he would be grinning/smirking.

You may be right, but I have a hard time imagining what would help tybalt regain prestige. The only thing I can think of is something again that would leverage Jill (her and Bella's famous night? The sauna with Bianca and Bella?). But after last time's epilogue, it would seem strange to me.

Well, we have heard that Tybalt got to be president (if it is true anyway) because he bought the presidency role. It may be that he "buys" that role again with the gotten info.

These are just guesses thrown out there. Actually all it takes is a drone, and nerds have them , it is not that complicated to steal a shot. More to the point, a picture of the 3 naked ones wouldn't have all that much blackmailing power.

Then once it is established that nerds can hack other people's systems there are really a lot of possibilities.

He was the one that basically said that MC takes notes or something like that and that is how they get their cheats etc. Now if his demeanor was anything to go by in ep8 during the dorm party I don't think he is doing to well in college.

I have a feeling when shit hit the fan and he comes at Bella for example. It is gonna come out that he was cheating if you left the papers. That is gonna put him in a bad light as someone that is a cheat and might help MC's cause.

The only problem is that it was someone in the freshman intro math/english classes (including Dawe/Anthony/Gina) and Magnar is an upperclassman that was not in those classes. If it's a nerd it has to be Bert or the bald looking guy that sits with Bert in class?
