It says I don't have enough lust points to do the task that gives me lust points. Not sure.

Go to the table at your room and it will show you an option to meditate. There you will catch a red light and it will up your lust. I think 2 is enough.

If I could suggest something; make it so you're inhabiting the body of a foreign exchange student instead of a friend who just lives there for some reason. Go to the school and watch the scene again. Don't rush it make sure the figure is moving before moving on. It will fix the problem with that overlay.
Personally always think the romance tag being mixed with the harem tag is weird. Different times I guess but I'm in love with these 15 women seems off to me.
