Ren'Py - Apocalust [v0.08] [Psychodelusional]

Firstly, I don't see this game as 3,5 out of 5. Whoever see this as anything under 4 should check out other games in category of 3,5. I know it's shit in comparison to heavy story rated games like Badik, LoF... but in it own genre this game is masterpiece, some of you all sometimes forget what site are we on. This definitely can't be taken seriously, there isn't any story or character development but the renders and animations are great as it gets, like seriously the amount of work and skill this dev put and shows there is amazing. I hope that someday he will find someone who could work with him/ write him some good story for his future games. If this game would have at least average story than the amount of hype this would get...

Carried by it's graphics and models but I don't care...

As others have said, if you're lookin for some literary masterpiece or even a slightly riveting story then you're out of luck with this one... This is a fap game through and through. However, this is the absolute pinnacle of a pure porn game. Insanely good imagery. I'm talking absolute god-tier renders that I've yet to see beaten. Plus all the models are insanely hot. Fantastic animations too (for the most part). If you don't like busty women then maybe this isn't the game for you but Evelyn and Ava have to be some of the best MILFS I've seen in any AVN... I also like the size worship aspect of the game. The MC's cock is almost comically massive but I think it fits the tone of the game. This is much better than half of these AVNs were the MC is carrying around a baseball bat between his legs but literally none of the women even mention it...

There are some some slight negatives beyond the comically bad story...
- Some sexual situations that even defy porn logic... The shower scene was strange. The entire thing is written like some Brazzers porno though so you get used to it after a bit. I would like less of this though going forward though.
- Some pretty bad English. Dev seriously needs to double check this in the future as some of it is awful. There are times where the game is actually quite funny but the jokes (mostly juvenile) sometimes fall flat due to the constant Engrish. English is clearly the Devs second language but how hard is it to get a proof reader or software????
- The Dev for whatever reason loves to use "..." constantly which is slightly annoying after its used for the fourth time in a row.
- Some slightly confusing relationships. I'm guessing this is due to the I-Patch. It's not even made clear whether Liora lives with you though until quite a bit into the story. This improves as the game goes on due to updates.

The rating I think really depends on what you expect going into it... This isn't some game you're going to be playing for the plot like BADIK or something but if you're looking to beat off to some insanely hot women and scenes then this game is borderline perfect. I'm giving it four stars because that's all I want from a game like this. HOWEVER, I do 100% understand where the lower reviews are coming from. If the English improves, the porn logic is reduced as the story goes on and the Dev could speed up updates then this could be an all timer as far as pure fapping games go and an easy five star in the future for me.

The game is lively at all times and that's why I give it three stars. If it weren't for that, it wouldn't be worth a single one... unfortunately.

Thanks for reading my analysis. The analyzes I make are based on my taste for the game I have played. I try to be objective although there may be parts that Im not. What interests me about these games is that they have little dialogue or interesting STORY (I don't like absurd stories just to read) and the SEX scenes. If there are good animations and good sound, for me it is already a GOOD GAME. Of course the last decision is yours, whether to play the game or not. SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH!

I think this game is love or hate, not much in between, and for me its absolutely love. Is it cheesy? Yes, but its the right cheese for me. I dont mind some silly scenarios and porn logic.

Will this game have : Masterfully written story, massive branching paths, 100% realistic scenarios, and epic gameplay? Absolutely not.

Will this game have : Hot huge boobs curvy milfs, the best renders on this site, great animations, and fun porno-logic scenarios? Absolutely.

I would give it 5/5 but the "oh no I have fallen and cannot get up - please hump me" or the "Oh no I am suck and cannot free myself - please hump me". Trope is way over done and is just logically stupid but it is a game and the scenes are amazing . I just think it is over done to the point that becomes ridiculous.

One of the most visually stunning game I have played, woman are all beautiful. I wish I could rate it higher. Version 0.8 with the cuck dad is super awesome. I am actually taking an interest into how exactly this game was made.

I hear what people are saying about the plot and story but these things are a bonus at the end of the day . This is a fucking porn game and in terms of that ( sex scenes , models , animations ) this game is revolutionary and in a league of its own . Its fine to have games with an amazing plot and story but you need games that don't require it for people that just want to do their thing and do something else .

There are no characters in this, only 3d hot women who you will definitely fuck. You don't even have any agency anyway, as there is only one path despite the game showing you options.

Play this game if you want to mindlessly jack off without any chance of a thought occurring or any kind of mental stimulation or turn ons.

Regret playing this, 2 stars because of the impeccable models. Shame, something like the story of Monkey Business with this 3d style would crush every adult game ever made.

This was a total letdown, it had all the potential to be an all time classic but instead it's now a rule34 niche project.

The quality of this project quickley went down the shitter. The story is mid, the characters while hot are all forgettable. Evelyn is written as if she's an idiot. The sub plots are way too convoluted and cliché. From the dryer to the father not being able to get it up unless he's cucked to the mom going full exhibitionists to porn star. It was a train wreck, it's like the dev looked at every 30 sec porn ad and wrote it into the story.

Aside from the renders this project is a major step down from the first. There's no real connections with these characters other than sex. Every is just written as horny potential fuckdolls. Bimbo Evelyn, Neglected Ava, Emotionally wounded Sharon, exhibitionist... everyone.

Started with this developer's previous game, Dark Neighborhood. Apocalust is an across the board improvement in everything and DN was already a pretty good (if kinda basic) game. Some of the best animations, story is good, UI is clear and easy to use. Plenty of variety in the ladies and scenes. They do tend to go a little too close to the full on 'lemon stealing whore' type storylines for my taste but that's a nitpick at best.

Disregard the people who say there is no content, that's wildly untrue, especially when 95% of titles get abandoned before the second release and/or go multiple years in between releases. Psychodelusional definitely goes for quality over quantity for sure. Highly recommend.

APOCALUST contains beautiful characters, well-made animations and an entertaining story with interesting content. The plot is realistic and is not just based on sex scenes. It is fun to follow the structure of the plot, and yet it never gets boring. I always look forward to a new update, which always brings new aspects into the game. I can recommend this game at any time and hope that it doesn't end anytime soon.

Art is good and that's about the extent of anything in this game. Like development has been going on for 3 years or so now and still lacking in substantial content. Best to skip and check out better content on other games that has been going on for a long while but has more content with the support.

I saw the best rendering, the best animation, the best model in F95, although the story script is poor, but the animation is really excellent, a sexy tits beauty, really let me enjoy it very much, the biggest drawback is that, the frequency of updating a little slow

If art and animation could carry a game alone, this would be a certified classic. Unfortunately, we do tend to ask for a bit more from our games than high-quality animation reels. At times the dialog in this game is so bad it's funny. If "...." "...." "...." "..." "...." sounds like good character writing to you, then rejoice, because you'll find a lot of that here. The story in this game is also non-existent. Some weird alien secret government agency trope to justify the MC getting his "powers". Sadly, these "powers" don't amount to much other than a way to excuse the women in the MC's lives throwing themselves at him. For what little good it does, as the MC is still as docile as a hamster and never really pushes the boundaries. The only way any action happens is when the women throw themselves at him. Other than that, the whole superpower shtick doesn't go anywhere in the first 7 chapters of the game and honestly just serves to distract from the strongest element of the game, the porn. But in that regard, I can say that the game wastes little time beating around the bush. If you just want to see some nice sex scenes and don't need a lot else, this is the game for you. The wafer-thin "plot" honestly just gets in the way of the good bits.

I think it's a solid three stars and sometimes 3.5 stars but the writing really holds it back. The art is really good and sometimes the animation is pretty smooth too. There are some really funky animations though which leave you scratching your head. The shower scene was a good example. It looked like she was having a seizure lol. It's all ok enough in the end but some of the scenes are really silly.

The real problems are the scenarios and accompanying dialogue and narrative. My god it's bad. Mom watching incest porn in church with her tit out while she masturbated was probably the low point. Suspension of disbelief requires that it not be ridiculous. The assfuck scene at mom's job was another great example. Asking the player to believe something a bit out there is different from asking them to suspend their brains entirely.

The action in the game is what really holds it back from being better. The stories are largely bad porn rather than stories with any point. Everything is just an excuse to do some taboo stuff in ridiculous ways. Mom goes from masturbating in church to getting assfucked while selling hotdogs and next she is doing soft porn photos....

Anyway the dev does have talent artwise but a writer would be a good idea because the dev is showing bad porn. Average is fair enough.

Edit-I changed the average rating to poor because this game is just another awful take on the incest trope. I'm sure mom will end up sleeping with all the women the MC knows because "giggles" lesbos. Man I'm sick of wading through beta-male fantasies. The game has great art, so-so animations and god-awful stories. It's poor to awful but the art saves it from being awful.

I do have to applaud the animations and the UI. Pretty cool for a Renpy Game. The story however is just meh . ( I played with the iPatch)

I'm mostly going with 4 mostly because of the animations. Some content is there and I home to see more.

wow, I had already played it a year ago but I really like it a lot, it has very good character design and the same with the quality of the animations (even without the mod), I would have liked to change the perspective or something that makes the player more involved in the sex scenes but hey, they are very good scenes, I want to see the next updates.
