According to the guide, for the 9th floor, all you have to do is get the 3rd key (Patina Floating Key) then use it in the manhole? That's what I'm trying to do but it won't open, I have the key

Nvm, you just had to go to the bottom part of the manhole to interact with it properly. Feels like I lost a few braincells but all good
