Job Description:
- We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to help grow and manage the online presence of the two game projects.
- Write engaging and captivating posts tailored for multiple platforms, including Steam, Patreon, itch.io, Twitter/X, Reddit, and Discord.
- Develop consistent and creative content that grabs the attention of potential fans.
- Work with the team to plan and organize post schedules based on priorities for both projects.
- Request necessary art assets and ideas from the team, draft posts based on the provided material, and submit for review.
- Collaborate with me, the project manager, to develop and implement a strong marketing strategy.
Requirements:
- Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
- Knowledge of the adult gaming niche and audience is required.
- Familiarity with platform-specific trends, algorithms, and best practices for maximizing engagement.
- Ability to communicate and brainstorm effectively with the team via Discord.
- Previous experience in social media management or similar fields (preferred).
- Creativity and initiative to propose and execute engaging campaigns or content ideas.

- You only need to provide the writting content and I'll do the posting myself in every platform.
- Discord activity is a MUST as this is the primary communication tool for our team.
