I'm guessing it's when the male MC is in a relationship with a girl but then a girl comes and seduces the male breaking his current relationship with the girl.
It would make more sense for it to be a female MC who gets her partner stolen by some seductress. Reverse anything in porn means we switch the usual gender roles.
The craziest and original type of story might be Reverse NTR featuring a mother son platonic relationship. Could someone pull this off? It would be the foil to the mother NTR trope. You play as the mother who has a caring, smart, and hardworking son in highschool. He meets some gyaru bitch. She corrupts him... His grades drop. He starts doing drugs and all the delinquent shit. Damn I duno, lol. This type of story works in producing NTR vibes in mom NTR games (that use platonic mom/son), but I'm not so sure with the roles reversed. Maybe because the mother has an expected nurturer role that she abandons, while the son doesn't really have such obligations.
edit: Ah, we could change the gyaru bitch to some MILF type character. Some super rich MILF who loves to corrupt boys. Maybe a gyaru MILF could work too. Anyways, if the son get corrupted and taken away by a MILF, there can be some angle where the son talks about the new mommy being superior to the old hag or whatever. What I (don't know 'bout others) meant by that is well "cheating" on the MCs partner but not just cheating on her/him but also hurting them like real NTR is designed to "hurt" the MC/reader.

It's getting tiring explaining to people to think they are way too clever that reverse rape and reverse NTR are TAGS. Tags exist to help people find specific content to fap to. Real world considerations don't mean shit. Adding the word reverse is accepted to be about switching the usual gender roles.
If you search for rape tag, 99% of the results will be some story about girls getting raped. It's gonna be hard to find anything where the females are the perpetrator. Reverse rape and reverse NTR just lets you search for that needle in a haystack.

I'm getting tired of people whom think they're even smarter than the next that their explanations are above reproach. Reverse NTR and reverse rape TAGS are subjective. In which case it doesn't solve the issue, as evidenced here, those some "way too clever" people may not have the same idea of what reverse NTR or some such even are.
Here's an even easier, less subjective way to get use tags that are; Female Rapist. Boom done. Or Female NTR. Much clearer
Accepted tags are not subjective. VNDB has the tag. E-hentai has seperate male/female categories for tags, but you can search reverse NTR and get the relevant results. Your made up tags are not accepted by the porn/hentai community at large. You are just playing semantics for no reason. You can change any tag currently in use for something else. So what?

If tags weren't subjective then this entire discussion would have never happen nor would some people discuss unironically what it would mean. Also you're speaking for a lot of people to say that my "made up tags" aren't accepted (or rather acceptable), granted they don't exist doesn't mean they can't be made if some one in a position to make said tags wanted to.
Also my "playing semantics" is me trying to say "perhaps their is a simpler way to convey what content you'll see" in this case.
