'realistic' is always a loaded word. I like to have a hot MIDDLEAGED body, but without saggy tits and ass. so like slightly round or thicc (10-15kg) like most middleaged women tend to get. Honestly I can accept either but when it comes to vns, i prefer the more youthful milf. I prefer it not because I can't do the more realistic (wrinkles, stretchmarks, graying, not always wearing make up, BOOB VEINS, cellulite, etc) milf but its moreso because devs usually arent going to go through the trouble of making a decent looking older woman with that detail. Besides that its a little harder to translate that to a model. There have been a few games that have managed to split the difference making a good looking older woman (milf) who also has the signs of time. Honestly though, as long as the milf doesn't look like she just got old enough to go to a bar then im fine. Sadly a good number of games that do have models that detailed are either female protags (which i don't personally play) or abandons because we can't have nice things.

I expect a long, gradual process and even after the did is done, I expect remorse and and even regret.

Too often we see the MC who has to grind to reach a level, and instead of continuing to progress, the MILF (often in cases of incest) is struck by remorse and regret. To me, it doesn't make much sense.

I think it's debateable and on an individual basis. Plenty of dumb broad archetype girls in these stories where it's somewhat plausible they'd do something stupid at the offset and then highly regret it later. The whole "she should be mature enough to know what she is doing and what she wants" makes a little bit of sense, but then again, how many MILFs or matured women have put incest on the list of possibilities of things she wants to or doesn't want to do? The natural answer might be to default to a standard "No incest" but it's not like normal non-degenerate people (so we're excluded) go through a checklist of sexual acts and people they wouldn't fuck to make sure they know they wouldn't fuck them/in that way.
I do like the archetype of the more seasoned MILF though. She doesn't have to be slutty but she shouldn't be so bothered by seeing her son's penis. That is her son after all. My ideal MILF should exude a level of confidence and intelligence that is befitting her age and doesn't often wear petty emotions on her sleeve.

I prefer a more balanced approach. Many people seem to view it as black or white, either the teenage looking 40 year old or the old, worn down by life type. I don't mind either of those options, but both parties sort of forget about the middle ground. They either want the hag, or the supermodel. But, there are absolutely attractive women who look their age.
