japanese game won't open and the error is unkown

So when i try to open this game (from studio pork) i get this weird error i tried couple of stuff but nothing seemed to worked also other two games from the same devs give the same error its kinda weird cause i never had an error like this one, hope you guys can help thx ^^ oh and its my first post here i hope i'm not breaking any rules ..

for PC maybe you can try with locale emulator ?

Have you tried changing your system locale for non unicode programs to japanese or use a locale emulator?

tried it just now with a local emulator and it worked thx for the help^^
