Game where menu has a girl's arm ripped off by a monster in a boxing ring, what game is it called???

Hi all,

I specifically remember a game here on F95, where when load into the game it has an animation of girls in a boxing ring, and a monster happens to rip her arm off, and although she kicked the S&^% out of the monster her arm is laying on the floor.

What in the heck is that game called?? I forgot it and been looking for it again haha

have this one on steam. if you get killed, the previous bodies doesn't fade away, so after a while there will be a pile of your own bodies and bodyparts littered around you
