There was this game i played a while ago, it was like bawdy traditions so kinda anime styled, from what i remember, A girl was getting blackmailed to fuck behind her boyfriend's back, things continue and her boyfriend takes her to a hot springs place, both her and her boyfriend get fucked behind each other's back as a part of the blackmailer's plan and they get corrupted, the next thing we know is that the girl joins a college sex group and has lots of group sex in an apartment with other students of the same group. apparently its a big undercover group
