It's awful. Controls are slow, and you need to redo the stage multiple times to get upgrades in order to actually beat the stage, which doesn't give you anything. It lags, winning seems to be more about getting lucky and having bullets miss than actually getting good.
This is a bad flash game with AI background art. There's nothing of interest here.
