Does anyone know of a way to purchase games on the japanese version of Dlsite without a credit card? Im aware of the points trick you can do on the ENG version but the JP version doesnt have a Paypal option. To my knowledge prepaid credit cards don´t work either. Is there some way to purchase points from other sites? I´ve only seen one website which was most likely scam site.

Since when does debit works? You need a security code to write into the payment info and Debit cards don´t have them

As far i understand now, dlsite have restrict purchase from certain foreign nation with CC & paypal, the reason are varied and i not sure which one are official since i only heard it from other, first reason to fight fraud transaction, second are due pressure from visa and mastardcard following pornhub scandal. i also try figure out how buy directly without point, the best way i heard is using rakuten card service from japan and deposit some $$ and use it as payment.
Great, well I got even more bad news for everyone. I'll skip the sob backstory of why I purchase games from dlsite, but they stopped using paypal and amazon pay as valid methods of purchasing points. Now if you don't have an international card that works or have a method of accessing Japanese credit systems them you cannot buy anything from dlsite.
Ok, I got some good news. You can actually buy points from a different website called Tokyo Otaku Mode. Was pretty skeptical at first but it actually works. Best part is they are legitimately able to use credit or visa debit cards. So I will not be receiving any fraudulent calls from my bank after a purchase like before. Just purchased a game and now I believe I will get through the terrible year that is 2024.
How does this work exactly? I can buy TOM points on the Tokyo Otaku Mode website but how would I use those on DLsite?

It gives you a serial code. Just look up tokyo otaku mode dl site and click the first link. Literally everything is explained and even has steps, it's amazing how simple it is and I can't believe I'm only now finding out about it. I even bought a figure from them before and I had no idea they had this system

Dont use TOM, its has a terrible conversion rate, expensive for no reason
If you have visa, DLsite has their own third party sites that they link on their website

both options here, For Books and Point Market, work with Visa, but for For Books, you need to make a ShopPay account, and for Point Market, you have to make an AmazonJP acount
They used to have DLPay that allowed Paypal to get points, but as of right now, its down

Tokyo Otaku Mode is no longer selling DLsite points and I can't use the For books website either. Is there any other way to buy points?

does play asia accept prepaid credit cards? My bank blocked there site for me and for some odd reason they don’t want to unblock it.
