I'm from Singapore, creating or distributing porn is illegal. If I open up a patreon, they'll know what content I'm making to earn my monthly income. Other than leaving the country, any advice that perhaps allow me to stay annonymous, or maybe there are other people here from Singapore who are more informed about how enforced this law is? Otherwise, it's easier to just can the idea.

90-95% of devs make negligible money anyway, so keep that in mind.

Even if there is a some income, unless you are very skilled + dedicated to produce content for years, AND live in a very low wage country (i.e. not SG lah), it's going to be waaay below minimum wage.

Honestly, do not underestimate the effort required. Even a small VN is 500+ hours of effort (assuming if you are aiming for reasonable quality. It is possible to be faster if you are happy to put your name on shitty shovelware)

If you still want to go ahead after all that:
- VPN will let you interact with hosting sites anonymously.
- you could find someone in a less hypocritical regressive country to be your front man, who would pretend to be the developer and own the bank account for payments. Of course, they would want a cut of the money. And trust is a big issue then.

Do you do illicit drugs and steal cars?
Why would you do something with low payout while risking a few years in prison and thousands in fines and court costs?

Just so you know for Adult content on Patreon, you have to verify with an ID or they will lock your account also.

Another day of praising the Lord for being born in a land of legal porn.

I feel sorry for you, as in: I feel overall sorry for any "art" restricting laws but other people already shared similar thought:
If it's illegal, there isn't much that you can do. I don't know the law exactly but it's obviously stupid to simply ignore it and make cash of it anyway.

Making "normal" game is the most obvious choice. You can create VN, J-rpg or 3D game that is a romance, but does not contain +18 stuff. It definitely sounds more sane than for example creating some kind of offshore account etc. It's not worth risking jail or fine.
I don't know how "competent" lawyers in Singapore are but at worst, you could simply ask someone who is qualified for that, what can you do, what's the worst that can happen etc.
