VN Ren'Py Converting porn comics as AVN

What do you think about adapting a porn comic into an AVN (Adult Visual Novel) format with some gameplay elements?

When I first came up with this idea, I figured there must be others who have attempted something similar, right?

The main concern here is more about ethics than legality. So I'm like most of the porn comics have like 90% of story/senario similar.

What if I can just take the characters from the comics and make AVN with a slightly different story will it be fine?

it's an existing genre. tag it as parody and there you go.

you'll expose yourself to potential copyright problems of course, but that comes with the territory of stealing someone's IP.
