I dont know how to get penalty at first day but another day dont completed any mission at town or only 1 mission u will get penalty!

you have to have her masturbate in her bed it will upgrade the max lust cap after you complete a certain amount of the mainstory so since you're on chapter 3 you should be able to upgrade it to its max cap 9999 also you will need to buy the dildo from underground slums to be able to upgrade to max cap
